Have you seen a picture of this gorgeous architecture and decided to visit it? You will not regret! It is more than what you expect.

Now the most important question is how to get to the Golden bridge?

The Golden Bridge is built on top of BaNAHills in Danang city in Viet Nam. Danang is the fourth largest city in Viet Nam and is located in the middle of the capital city of Ho Chi Min and its former capital, Hanoi. so, you first have to go to Danang city.

According to my research, I will tell you the three most appropriate options to get to the BaNaHills from Danang city center.

The first and the best option is to hire a car with a driver. I paid 700000 VND (about 26 euros) for a day visit to BaNaHills in August, 2018. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Danang city and, on the way to Ba Na Hills, he stopped at the point where we could buy tickets to get a cable car. So we avoided long ticket queue. The cable car plus a free beer coupon costed 700000 VND per person. While we were visiting Golden Bridge and BaNaHills, he waited for us all day and we were done he took us back to the hotel.

The second option to go to Ba NaHills is to use the Grab Taxi service. Grab is the Uber of Asia. This option may be a bit expensive compared to the first one. Note that renting a car for a day through Uber is also possible.

Third option  is to take a tour. There are lots of tour options from Danang to Ba Na Hills. Approximately 50 Euros per person, you can find a tour including cable car ticket and open buffet lunch. I don’t prefer these kind of group tours because there have fixed programs, you would and you have to wait for a lot of people to take a lot of pictures. . I read some reviews about open buffet lunch was not very nice. However, this option may be more suitable for one person.

I strongly recommend you to add Danang and Hanoi to your the Viet Nam traveling route and see this magnificent bridge.

  1. Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind too 🙂 So thank you! You have inspired me to keep travelling, to keep wondering as still so much to see out there…
